Modena balsamic vinegar tasting in the typical "acetaie"

Modena Balsamic Vinegar is a product that has been around for over a century and is known worldwide for its unique flavor. It is chosen by top international chefs and is more and more present in the most prestigious restaurants.

This superfine taste is the result of an antique procedure that uses the must of Trebbiano grapes, cooked, fermented naturally and aged for at least 12 years in packs made with casks of different woods prescribed by tradition.

For this reason in the Maranello area there are many "acetaie" which are the manufacturers of balsamic vinegar, where you can taste the finest vinegars and local products.

Around the city you can also find Segway rentals that will make your experience even more fun and less tiring.
