(below the Company), located in Viale Terra delle Rosse, 12 | 41053 Maranello MO, owner of the website www.hotelmaranellovillage.com (below, the "Site"), provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, as the owner of the processing of personal data of users collected through this platform or through other means connected to the platform itself.

The treatments are also carried out with the help of IT tools for the following purposes:

c. speed up the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, upon acquisition of your consent upon arrival at the facility, revocable at any time, your data will be retained and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points;
d. send our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, upon acquisition of your optional consent, your data will be retained and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
2. Methods of treatment
The processing of personal data will be carried out using manual and informatic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
3. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The personal data may be disclosed to Maranello Residence S.r.l responsible for managing the response to requests received. These subjects, who are formally appointed as "processors", will process the data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this statement and in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations.
